I enjoy running with my dog and I know that there are others out there as well. I created this is fun, non-competitive group for people who enjoy running with their dog. All running levels and breeds are welcome. Members are encouraged to recommend running routes. Routes can be on pavement or off-road trails. During the winter months, I anticipate meet-ups only happening on weekends and/or holidays. When the days get longer, we can schedule some after work.

We are a Buddhist meditation group based in New Britain, CT. We practice loving kindness meditation and are influenced by Zen, Theravada, Pure Land, and Tibetan traditions. Our meetings are held every Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Once a month, we are visited by a Buddhist Monk. All are welcome as we are non-sectarian. Learn how to meditate and calm your mind.
We will read contemporary/classic fiction and non- fiction about once a month. The books we read should be appealing to both genders. This group will not read Sisters Traveling Pants, The Boyfriend Diaries or whatever they are called. Just about anything else is fair game. The monthly books are selected after the last meeting on an online poll. Book suggestions for the poll are allotted to those have attended prior meetings. We meet the last Wednesday of each month.
